How does it look?

Taking a glance at the Google Pixel 3a XL, you will notice that isn’t much different from the Google Pixel 3a. The only difference is the screen don’t have a notch at the top. On this phone, you will find a small block of a bezel at the bottom and the top of the screen. This is now a design that you wouldn’t find in new models which might have little punch holes or notches that might be at the top of the screen.

On the back of the phone, you will find a simplistic design. You will find that the fingerprint scanner is towards the top of the phone, which is much better than placing it in the middle of the phone. This phone does acquire a sleek and simple design.

What is the camera performance?

This is the main feature that Google focussed on the most. Google Pixel smartphones have undoubtedly some of the best cameras on the market. On this second hand phone, you will find a 12.2MP f/1.8 dual-pixel Sony sensor which boasts HDR+, OIS (optical image stabilization) and EIS (electronic image stabilization). Having this technology on a phone allows you to capture some fantastic pictures.

Although you don’t get all of the camera’s features that you find on the Google Pixel 3 XL, this is still a great phone to take pictures with. Especially for the price, you are paying for it.

How good is the battery life?

What you find in this second hand Google Pixel 3XL is a 3,700mAh battery which doesn’t really sound that great, but it is excellent for day to day use. When we have tested this phone’s battery life, it is perfect if you are not consistently on your phone. The good thing about this battery is that it does have quick charging. So even if you do plug your phone in for a short amount of time, you will have enough charge to last you the day.

Overall should you buy one?

As smartphones get more expensive, this would be an excellent choice for anyone who is looking for a modern smartphone.  It has some of the best camera technology on the market, and getting this technology second hand at a reasonable price is hard to come by. If you do like android smartphones and love taking pictures, then this is the best phone on the market.
