If you are sending the item back to us yourself please ensure you send it recorded and insured delivery up to the value paid for the item.

Please note should you return the item without the Sim Tool &/or the charging cable there will be a £5.00 deduction from your refund.

If you are returning the item within 30 days due to a change of mind, a charge £7.50 will be deducted to cover the original delivery costs.
