Individually tested before resale
Each phone is checked for key functions before it is listed for sale. This includes areas such as charging, display and touch response, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, connectivity and biometric features where supported.

Secure data wiping
Previous user data is securely removed and the phone is prepared for a clean setup by the next owner.
Battery standard
Eligible refurbished phones are supplied with at least 85% battery health at the point of sale.
Eligible devices also include 12-month battery cover alongside the main device warranty.
Clear cosmetic grading
The condition grade describes the visible appearance of the phone rather than whether it works. Functional checks are carried out separately from cosmetic grading.
