As expected, the Huawei P20 smartphone comes with a lot more improvements from its P10 predecessor. The series went into the market in 2018 with three main products which are the Huawei P20, Huawei P20 Pro and Huawei mate Rs. The company has a history of building quality products and ensures a reliable and long term use of their products without any complications. Battery and phone specifications
Both the phones are powered by the Kirin 970 processor and a storage of 128GB with no support of external memory cards. However, they have differences in RAM and battery capacities with the P20 having a 4GB RAM coupled with a battery capacity of 3320mAh and on the other hand the P20 Pro with a 6GB RAM and 4000mAh battery capacity. None of these phones supports wireless charging; however, they both benefit from fast charging functions, which ensures less time to charge fully when plugged in. However, battery power reduces over time, and both P20 and P20 Pro Second Hand devices will show reduced times of usage from full charge to when the battery is completely drained.
Leather finish
There is a lot of leather case in the market which phone users get to complement the looks of their various phones. This shows the level of acceptability of exquisite leather finishes among the consumer all over the world. Huawei decided to make two leather-clad P20 pro one being a tan leather and the other black matched with a golden and stainless steel chassis respectively. There are, however, other P20 pros which don\’t have a leather finish but have unique colours which are the Aurora and pearl white complementing the phone\’s beauty.
Phone display and design
The P20 Pro comes with a 6.1inches screen display while the P20 has a slightly smaller screen of 5.8 inches however both of them have the same resolution of 2249 x 1080 with flat screen displays. Additionally, the P20 pro has a triple camera arrangement on the back while the P20 comprises of a set of a dual camera system. These phones nevertheless are different when it comes to their durability. The P20 has a bad IP52 rating which signifies that it cannot handle much other than some water or dust whereas the P20 Pro has an excellent IP67 rating which makes it more hardy and durable warranting the possibility of quality P20 Pro Second Hand smartphones in the market.
Camera
Since the Huawei partnered with Leica, their phone cameras have generally always been excellent. There was, however, some critical improvement on the camera\’s hardware which was included to make the P20 one of the best cameras in the market. As mentioned earlier the P20 Pro and the Huawei mate RS have a triple camera arrangement fitted with a main lens of 40 megapixels and an inbuilt AI stabilization software. The secondary and tertiary cameras include an 8-megapixel and 20-megapixel cameras coupled with optical image stabilization for the former and a mono lens the latter. The P20, on the other hand, has a dual rear arrangement with 12 and 20 megapixels primary and secondary monochromatic lenses respectively. The selfie camera on the front of the phones is 24 megapixels for all of them.
